Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Corpus Christi, TX, with opportunities for some remote work. As an Associate Medical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and medical oversight while collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Key responsibilities include managing patient cases, offering expert consultations, mentoring medical staff, and implementing evidence-based medical practices. The role also involves contributing to the development and execution of clinical programs and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine with expertise in specialized fields such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology
• Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships while working with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Board certification and a valid medical license
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Experience in providing care for senior or aging populations is a plus
