Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive cross-coverage admissions to all patients referred to the service
- • Work 161 shifts per year, seven 12-hour shifts on followed by seven days off
- • Collaborate with 8 hospitalists covering Medical/Surgical and Progressive Care units 7a-7p
- • Coordinate with 1 non-rounding Medical Officer of the Day 7a-7p
- • Work alongside 2 swing shift APP admitters 7a-7p & 11a-11p
- • Work with 2 physicians and 1 APP covering 7p-7a
- • Utilize common EMR/PACS across all Mayo Clinic Health System sites

Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospital Medicine nocturnist to join an established department. This physician will provide comprehensive cross-coverage admissions to all patients referred to the service. You may expect a busy practice in a physician led financially stable organization, committed to both high high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

The minimum starting salary for hospital-based specialties may range from $211,250 to $533,750. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty,
