My Health Onsite
As a Family Practice Provider, you will assess and diagnose patients, prescribe medications, and develop health regimens and lifestyle adjustments to promote recovery and prevent future health issues. The role emphasizes manageable caseloads with no more than 3 patients per hour, allowing focused, personalized care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to patients
- • Provide health services such as initial worker’s comp evaluation, occupational and pre-employment physicals and screenings
- • Conduct histories and physical examinations, working with patients to develop treatment plans
- • Prescribe and dispense medications, educate, and advise on medical issues as needed
- • Serve as a supervising physician of mid-level practitioners, with specific duties detailed in a collaborative practice agreement
- • Promote wellness educational programs
- • Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information
Required
- • Graduation from an accredited medical school
- • Board Eligible
- • Current and unrestricted Florida medical license
- • Dispensing license (Florida) or willing to obtain one prior to start date if hired
- • DEA license
- • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Preferred
- • Experience in primary or urgent care setting
- • Perform GYN care and well women exams

What You’ll Do
As our Family Practice Provider, you’ll be the guide. Meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle.
We keep caseloads manageable with no more than 3 patients an hour and no double bookings, you’ll have the time you need to focus on each individual as a person rather than a number.
