This role involves providing high-quality telemedicine care to patients, focusing on evidence-based medicine supported by advanced decision-support tools. The Physician will consult, treat, and proactively follow up with patients while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance care quality and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- • Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions

- • Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- • Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes

Required
- • Active MD/DO license with board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, significant experience in weight management or mental health
- • Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
- • Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift a month
- • Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
- • Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
- • Excellent written and verbal communication
- • No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
- • Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
- • Passionate about patient education
- • Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
- • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus

- The base pay range for this position is $226,56 - $311,520 per year**

- Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual incentive plan and stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
