The physician is responsible for recording detailed medical histories, performing physical examinations, and analyzing test reports to assess and diagnose patients' medical conditions and formulate prognoses.
Key Responsibilities
- • Recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
- • Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient.
- • Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
Required
- • Doctorate Degree
- • One of: DO or MD
Preferred
- • Doctor of Osteopathy OR Medical Doctor
