This role involves delivering primary care with a focus on transforming sick care into better health care through compassionate, innovative, and collaborative approaches. The position emphasizes outpatient care with a small patient panel, supported by a comprehensive team and resources to enhance clinical performance and quality metrics.
Required
- • Active and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state OR have an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida
- • At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care
Preferred
- • Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
