Key Responsibilities

- • Supervise clinical staff and support professional development.
- • Participate in program development, quality improvement, and innovative care initiatives.
- • Ensure continuity of care through consultations and coordinated treatment plans.
Required
- • Licensed by the Ohio Medical Board
- • Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- • DEA certification
- • Hospital admission privileges in at least one Mahoning County hospital
- • A passion for integrated, patient-focused care
Preferred
- • ASAM certification or MRO experience preferred (not required)
