Virtual Urgent Care Physicians provide high quality, patient-centered acute care services through secure video and phone consultations. They evaluate, diagnose, and treat low to moderate acuity medical conditions while delivering exceptional patient experience in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide real-time medical consultations to patients via video, phone, or chat platforms.
- • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions remotely.
- • Prescribe medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- • Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.
- • Educate patients on self-care, preventive measures, and treatment plans.
- • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- • Contribute to maintain clinical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Required
- • Board certification in family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, or related field.
- • Valid medical license (MD, DO) in the relevant state(s).
- • Multi State licensure (Compact State participation preferred)
- • Minimum 5 years of post-residency experience (Urgent Care, emergency medicine, internal medicine or primary care)
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred
- • Prior telehealth experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
- • Proficiency with telemedicine technology and electronic health records.

Our 1099 Virtual Urgent Care Physicians provide high quality, patient-centered, acute care services through secure video and phone consultations. This role is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating low to moderate acuity medical conditions while delivering exceptional patient experience in a fully remote environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical acumen with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage care efficiently in a technology-enabled model.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time medical consultations to patients via video, phone, or chat platforms.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions remotely.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements.
