Required
- • Requires a medical degree from an accredited program
- • Completion of a primary care residency program
- • Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- • Minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience required

Compensation: $210,000 - $265,000 per year (Includes Base + Bonus + Incentive)
