Remote Dermatologist (MD/DO)
Provide virtual dermatology consultations through telemedicine, including assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication. Collaborate closely with other board-certified dermatologists and care team members to deliver expert advice and medical guidance for various dermatology conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- • Through telemedicine, conduct video consultations and message with patients, including assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication for patients as necessary
- • Work in close conjunction with other board-certified dermatologists and other members of the care team
- • Adhere to Honeydew guidelines and complete all required compliance and clinical training
- • Handle patient care by answering patient clinical questions, prescribing medication as appropriate, and providing medical guidance as necessary
- • Have the opportunity to provide clinical care for a variety of dermatology conditions, including acne, rosacea, and eczema
Required
- • Active MD or DO license
- • Board Certified in Dermatology
- • Minimum time commitment of 15 hrs per week (preferred)
- • 1+ years of experience in a dedicated dermatology practice
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
- • Confidence in treating full-spectrum patients with dermatology needs, including experience prescribing a variety of medications such as tretinoin, oral antibiotics, spironolactone, and isotretinoin (accutane)
