Family Medicine Physician - SACHS Murrieta
The physician will provide primary care as a Board Certified Family Physician with strong interpersonal skills, developing individual health and wellness plans for patients. The role involves working in a faith-based, team-oriented environment that integrates behavioral health, dieticians, pharmacists, social workers, and chaplain services within the same office visit.
Key Responsibilities
- • Develop a relationship with each patient and work with them on an individual plan to improve their health and wellness
- • Provide primary care as a Board Certified Family Physician
- • Work within a whole-person, full-scope, team-based care model including integrated behavioral health, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplain services

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $280,000- $310,000 annual. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
