Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough wellness assessments, including comprehensive medical evaluations, detailed medical history reviews, and personalized health plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
  • Develop and implement personalized preventive care strategies for patients, including lifestyle recommendations, screenings, and interventions to proactively manage health risks and promote overall wellness.
  • Identify the need for and collaborate with specialists to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to detect early signs of potential health issues and provide timely and personalized interventions and treatment recommendations.
  • Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their well-being.
  • Collaborate with clinic and hospital staff to efficiently manage patient schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy in handling patients' sensitive health information, respecting their unique privacy needs and concerns.
  • Engage in collaborative relationships with patients, clients and other members of the community and within the Henry Ford Medical Group.
  • Foster professional networking opportunities and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive healthcare.
  • Stay current with advancements in executive health, lifestyle and preventive medicine, and relevant specialties through ongoing education, conferences, and professional development activities.
Required
  • Internal Medicine & Pediatrics or Family Medicine physician in good standing within the Henry Ford Medical Group.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high-profile members of the community.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the unique healthcare needs, challenges and desires faced by executives and high functioning individuals.
  • Strong commitment to person-centered care, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.
