Internal Medicine Physician - Primary Care
This role involves providing primary care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model supported by RN in-basket support, centralized pharmacist refill support, and EPIC EMR with integrated AI documentation tools. The position offers autonomy and flexibility similar to private practice within a physician-led organization that emphasizes coordinated care across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide primary care services in a collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model
- • Utilize RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- • Work with centralized pharmacist refill support
- • Serve as a provider EPIC trainer
- • Use EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
Required
- • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine
- • Completion of a US residency program
- • Washington physician license
Preferred
- • Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred

Overlake Clinics is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for our Bellevue Primary Care. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position.
Overlake Clinics offers a wide range of services, including primary care clinics with same-day appointments, to specialty clinics, on Seattle’s Eastside. Our integrated electronic health record allows for easy flow of critical health information that is highly coordinated across all of our locations.
