Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift
Virtua OBGYN is seeking a full-time physician to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on approximately 60% Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) and 40% general Obstetrics and Gynecology. The primary practice location will be in Hammonton, with the flexibility to provide coverage at additional sites as needed.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position is: $328,420.00. The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for a quality-based incentive bonus. The amount of the bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the employment agreement.
