This full-time outpatient role involves working closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. Key Responsibilities

- • Work in a team-based care model that allows focus on complex decision-making
- • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
Required
- • Board-certified or board-eligible physicians, with intent to obtain certification
- • Passion for whole-person, family-centered primary care
- • Comfortable working in a team-based model supervising Advanced Practice Providers
- • Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills
- • BLS Required
Preferred
- • Family Medicine preferred
- • Internal Medicine considered
