The physician’s duties will include management of Oncology and Infusion patients including examination, treatment, consultation, follow-up, referral, and ordering labs/imaging. The physician will also participate in patient satisfaction programs, quality improvement initiatives and any organizational or departmental goals and objectives to assure safe, quality care. The physician will work in PSMC’s Cancer Center on a schedule that meets PSMC patient needs while supporting work/life balance.
SCHEDULE
Full-Time: Four 10-hour shifts per week with 260 hours of PTO per term-year.
COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $474,000 per year to $624,000 per year
Starting Work Bonus: $20,000
Annual CME Bonus: $6,000
RETIREMENT
401a (mandatory plan): employee and employer each contribute 6% of earnings subject to IRS maximum contribution limits and five-year vesting.
