This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care to senior patients in state-of-the-art community clinics. Physicians spend more time with patients, providing comprehensive care supported by a fully supportive care team and small patient panel sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- • Deliver better primary care to patients
- • Spend more time with patients to offer comprehensive care
- • Lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation
- • Be available to patients and address their medical and social needs
- • Care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
Required
- • M.D. or D.O. graduates
- • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- • Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
- • Be highly collaborative
- • Confident in ability to deliver high quality primary care
Preferred
- • Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- • Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
- • Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
