Rephana.ai is an early-stage healthcare technology startup building a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) governance platform for acute care health systems running Epic EHR. Our platform addresses CDS rule lifecycle management, alert fatigue reduction, and prospective simulation of rule changes before they go live.

We are in active customer discovery and are seeking physician consultants — specifically those with hands-on experience in clinical informatics leadership, CDS governance, or quality improvement at Epic-using health systems — to help us validate and deepen our understanding of the following:

• How CDS alert governance decisions are made at the health system level (ownership, process, politics)
• The real operational burden of alert fatigue on clinical workflows and quality metrics
• How prospective simulation of rule changes would be valued vs. current manual/ad-hoc processes
• Key objections and buying signals from CMIOs, CNIOs, and Quality leaders when evaluating governance tools

This is a discovery-focused engagement — structured conversations (1 hour each) with clinical informaticists who have lived these problems, not a build engagement.

Ideal consultants have held or currently hold one of the following roles at an acute care health system:

• CMIO or CNIO
• Director of Clinical or Medical Informatics
• Director of Nursing Informatics
• Quality Improvement or Patient Safety leader with CDS exposure
• CDS Governance Committee chair or member

Experience with Epic BPA/OPA rule configuration, alert fatigue initiatives, or EHR-based clinical decision support is strongly preferred. Familiarity with value-based care programs (e.g., SEP-1, core measures) is a plus. Please describe in 3-7 sentences relevant experiences.
