Key Responsibilities
- • Administer anesthesia for a wide range of surgical and medical procedures
- • Evaluate patients prior to procedures and develop appropriate anesthesia care plans
- • Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- • Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
- • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure patient safety and quality care
- • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities
Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- • Completion of an accredited residency program in anesthesiology
- • Eligible for or able to obtain a Vermont medical license
- • Strong clinical and communication skills
- • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

- • Prior clinical experience in hospital-based anesthesiology practice
