Excelsia Injury Care
Oversee the diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury, and recommend tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment. May perform surgery if needed and uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care aligned with ESG goals.
Key Responsibilities
- • Oversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
- • Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
- • Recommend tests to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment

Required
- • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
- • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
- • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
- • Favorable malpractice history
- • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- • DEA license

- • Ability to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co-workers
- • Tact and skill in patient management
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to mentor and supervise staff
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities, including symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
- • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Compensation Range

Minimum Requirements

Physical/Mental Requirements
Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
