Diagnostic Radiologist - Fully Remote

Evaluate the ability of large language models to answer advanced, real-world musculoskeletal (MSK) and neuroradiology cases by designing expert-level diagnostic and reasoning challenges. Develop gold-standard answers with clear diagnostic reasoning, emphasizing edge cases, nuanced differentials, and multimodal reasoning, while collaborating directly with research teams at a leading AI lab and providing feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the ability of large language models to answer advanced, real-world MSK and neuroradiology cases.
  • Design expert-level diagnostic and reasoning challenges that current models struggle to answer.
  • Develop gold-standard answers with clear diagnostic reasoning.
  • Emphasize edge cases, nuanced differentials, and multimodal reasoning, particularly in MSK and neuroradiology.
  • Collaborate directly with research teams at a leading AI lab.
  • Provide feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning.
Required
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
  • Completion of a radiology fellowship (any subspecialty).
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • 2+ years of post-training clinical experience.
  • Currently based in the United States.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology and/or Neuroradiology.
  • Primary clinical practice focused on MSK or neuro imaging.
  • Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences).
  • Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics.
  • Background in complex MRI interpretation or subspecialty-heavy workflows.

Position: Fellowship-Trained Radiologist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $120–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
