Key Responsibilities
- • Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments
- • Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
- • Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions
- • Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles
- • Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff
- • Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner
- • Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions
- • Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
Required
- • Active Oregon medical license (MD or DO) or eligibility to obtain
- • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- • Strong interest in preventive, Functional, and lifestyle medicine
- • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- • Experience with EHR systems (NextGen a plus)

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Provider to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a supportive, forward-thinking environment and is committed to whole-person care. You will provide comprehensive medical services, foster lasting relationships with your patients, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.
With over 20 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Providers to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.
Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered
