Anesthesiologist
This role involves providing anesthesia care in the operating room with various schedule blocks including normal weekday hours and in-house call shifts during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires delivering anesthesia services in a structured schedule at Nellis Air Force Base.
Key Responsibilities
- • Work 40 hours a week
- • Cover various schedule blocks including 8 hour days in the OR
- • Work normal duty hours during the weekday from 6:30am to 3:00pm, 6:30am to 5pm, or 6:30am to 7pm
- • Perform in-house call shifts generally from 3-5pm until 6:30am the following morning on weekdays
- • Cover weekend and holiday shifts from 7:00am until 7:00am (24 hours), or 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am (12 hours)
Required
- • Active state license in Nevada
- • Board eligible or Board Certification in Anesthesia
- • DEA
- • Two years experience after completing residency
- • BLS, ACLS, & PALS
