II. Position Overview

The Chief Medical Advisor is responsible for providing authoritative medical expertise and strategic support to the company, ensuring that the organization adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements across medical services, product development, clinical compliance, and health management. This role serves as a critical bridge connecting the realms of medicine, business, and technology, thereby facilitating the enhancement of medical quality and driving business growth. III. Core Responsibilities

Medical Strategy Formulation

Develop and drive the company's overall medical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Clinical Expertise & Support

Provide expert clinical advice and scientific rationale for products, services, or projects.

Medical Quality & Safety Management

Establish and oversee medical quality control systems to ensure patient safety and service standards.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

Ensure company operations adhere to medical regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, etc.).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to drive business implementation.

Product & Solution Evaluation

Participate in the design and evaluation of medical products, digital health tools, and solutions.

Data & Clinical Research Guidance

Provide guidance on real-world data analysis, clinical study design, and results interpretation.

Medical Training & Knowledge Dissemination

Provide medical training to internal teams to enhance overall professional capabilities.

External Expert Relationship Management

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, hospitals, academic institutions, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Medical Risk Management

Identify potential medical risks and propose preventive and mitigation measures.

Brand & Credibility Building

Serve as an authoritative medical representative at industry conferences, in media engagements, etc.

Innovation & Trend Insights

Monitor trends within the healthcare industry (e.g., AI in healthcare, telemedicine, value-based care, etc.).

IV. Qualifications

Educational Background

Doctorate (MD) or equivalent degree in a medical-related field.

Possession of a valid medical license (preferred).

Work Experience

20+ years of experience in clinical practice or healthcare management.

Experience within healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, health technology firms, or the insurance industry is preferred.

Experience working in multinational corporations or large-scale organizations is preferred.
