This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) based in the Upper Northeast region. The Senior MSL will engage with healthcare professionals to provide scientific and clinical information about Takeda Oncology’s products and therapeutic areas. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders, supporting educational initiatives, providing scientific support for clinical trials, and delivering actionable insights to internal teams to enhance strategic decision-making. The role also involves staying updated on relevant medical data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations in all activities.

• Strong knowledge of oncology, including thoracic, gastrointestinal, and hematologic cancers, with prior experience in medical science liaison or a related field.
• Proficiency in communicating scientific and medical information to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience in designing and supporting educational programs, clinical trials, and research initiatives.
• Capability to collect, interpret, and share actionable insights from medical and clinical data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional time management and self-motivation, with proficiency in working independently in a remote setting.
• Doctoral degree in a life sciences discipline (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred, with relevant clinical or industry experience in oncology.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements and industry regulations.
• Willingness to travel within the Upper Northeast region as required to meet the role’s objectives.
