Key Responsibilities

- • Structure complex medical information for AI training and reasoning to enhance decision-making and care delivery.
- • Audit annotated datasets to ensure high clinical accuracy and consistency, validating AI-generated outputs like summaries and recommendations.
- • Contribute to annotation guidelines, taxonomies, and decision frameworks, defining edge cases and nuanced clinical scenarios.
- • Evaluate AI systems for clinical workflows, flagging inaccuracies and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
- • Map real-world clinical workflows into AI-compatible processes to support seamless integration into healthcare operations.
Required
- • MD or DO
- • Board-certified or board-eligible
- • Active medical license in good standing
- • 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings
