Sound Physicians
This role involves providing high-level administrative leadership to partner hospitals, overseeing the hospitalist team's performance, and managing relationships with hospital partners and stakeholders. The position requires bridging connections between clinical teams and local hospital partners to enhance community care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Bridge connections between Sound Physicians, our onsite hospitalist, and other service line clinical teams to our local hospital partners and the communities we serve.
- • Direct and oversee the hospitalist team's performance.
- • Manage hospital partner and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- • Offer administrative support, drawing on managerial and leadership skills while aligning with Sound Physicians' values personally and professionally.
Required
- • 3+ years of hospital medicine experience.
- • Internal medicine or family-trained, and board-certified.
- • Clinical leadership and executive-level experience required.

- • Airfare and lodging are provided during business travel.
- • Sound Physicians' licensing team will manage the procurement of any state licenses needed to work at one of our hospital partner locations, as well as cover the cost of these licenses.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hospital medicine experience.
- Internal medicine or family-trained, and board-certified.
- Clinical leadership and executive-level experience required.
- This is a full-time position with travel weekly, Monday - Thursday.
- Onsite 100% administratively, providing high-level leadership to partner hospitals.
- Bridge connections between Sound Physicians, our onsite hospitalist, and other service line clinical teams to our local hospital partners and the communities we serve.
- Direct and oversee the hospitalist team's performance.
- Manage hospital partner and stakeholder relationships and expectations.

- Sound Physicians' team members live across the country and travel to our hospital partner sites nationwide.
