Plastic Surgeon
This full-time Plastic Surgeon role involves a balanced case mix of approximately 70% cosmetic and 30% reconstructive/medical plastic surgery, including microsurgery expertise. The position offers a diverse operative volume with a collaborative, patient-centered practice environment and an established referral base.
Key Responsibilities
- • Established referral base and strong institutional support
- • Diverse operative volume across cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
- • Collaborative, patient-centered practice environment
- • Perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures such as breast reconstruction, reduction, and gender affirmation top surgery
- • Perform skin cancer excisions with immediate reconstruction
- • Perform panniculectomy
- • Perform full spectrum of cosmetic surgery including breast augmentation, body contouring, abdominoplasty, face lift, rhinoplasty
- • Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures including facial fillers, Botox, and laser resurfacing
Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
- • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
- • Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery and the American Osteopathic Board of Plastic Surgery. Upon Hire Required
- • Completion of a Surgery and Plastic Surgery residency. Upon Hire Required
- • Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required
