Hospitalist – Long Term Acute Care (LTACH)
This role involves providing inpatient care in a post-acute care setting within community-based Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) facilities. The position focuses on managing medically complex patients requiring extended recovery and interdisciplinary care, working closely with consulting specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our rapidly growing post-acute care program within the Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE.
