T & N Services and Solutions is seeking an on-site Clinical Director to provide steady, hands-on leadership for our outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) programs in Washington, DC.

This role is for a licensed clinician who values integrity, consistency, and people-centered leadership—someone who wants to be visible, engaged, and trusted by both staff and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the on-site clinical leader for outpatient SUD and co-occurring services
• Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed clinicians, recovery coaches, and care coordinators
• Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and client progress
• Ensure compliance with DBH, Medicaid, HIPAA, and ASAM standards
• Support staff development, accountability, and clinical excellence
• Collaborate with leadership and community partners to strengthen outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health or nursing field
• Active, independent DC license (MD/DO, Psychologist, LICSW, LPC, LMFT, or APRN)
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health or SUD services
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and leadership presence
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to effectively adapt and integrate technology into daily operations.

Work Schedule & Location

• Fully on-site role at our DC outpatient clinic
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Limited flexibility may be considered after probationary period, based on performance and program needs
