Key Responsibilities
- • Work as a Family Medicine physician in an outpatient private practice
- • Collaborate with providers, support staff, social workers, and RN/patient educators who are care coordinators
- • Participate in teaching medical students and APP students
- • Provide high-quality care for complex patients
- • Engage with the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management, and large group contracting
Required
- • Board eligible/board certified in family medicine
- • Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
Preferred
- • Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests

- This practice is an active participant in the largest IPA in Colorado and physicians have clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado. CU Medical students and Regis APP students keep physicians’ teaching skills sharp.
