Key Responsibilities

Required
- • Current, unrestricted Physician license in the state or the ability to obtain
- • A minimum of four years of experience as practicing physician
- • Meet requirements of USCIS
- • Ability to obtain DEA licensure
- • Knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Current, unrestricted Physician license in the state or the ability to obtain
