Partnership Track Breast Radiologist
This role involves approximately 75% breast imaging at ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence and 25% general radiology. The candidate will perform all breast imaging studies and procedures including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and needle/Savi Scout localization and biopsy, and participate in a weekly breast tumor conference.
Key Responsibilities

- • Participate in a weekly breast tumor conference
- • Share general call responsibilities with partners and partner-track associates, including certain day, evening, and weekend shifts that may be staffed from a remote home workstation
- • Maintain patient-focused care and a healthy work environment
- • Maintain interdisciplinary relationships with breast surgeons, medical oncologists, pathologists, high-risk clinics, and referral base
Required

About Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services
Vantage Radiology and Diagnostic Services, a stable, well-respected, physician-owned practice in the Seattle metropolitan area, is seeking an ABR-certified/board-eligible fellowship-trained breast imager for full-time or ¾-time partner-track position.
The position is approximately 75% breast imaging at ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence and 25% general radiology. Qualified candidates must be skilled in all breast imaging studies and procedures including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, and needle/Savi Scout localization and biopsy. The position includes participation in a weekly breast tumor conference.
Position Description
Candidates should be committed to patient-focused care, maintaining our healthy work environment, and well-respected interdisciplinary relationship with our breast surgeons, medical oncologists, pathologists, high-risk clinics, and referral base. There are no IR or night call after 1 am requirements. All partners and partner-track associates share general call responsibilities, of which certain day, evening and weekend shifts may be staffed from a remote home workstation.
We are a progressive private practice of approximately 35 sub-specialized radiologists providing professional services for 2 hospitals and outpatient breast centers and are co-owners of affiliated imaging centers. We emphasize excellent clinical practice, collegiality, teamwork, close working relationships with our outpatient and hospital-based clinical partners, and a quality lifestyle.
