Key Responsibilities
- • Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Internal Medicine practice. Focus on diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
- • Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
- • Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- • Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and performance.
- • Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with team standards.
Required
- • Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- • Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- • Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current active, unrestricted medical license.
