This role involves designing clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation and medication management. The expert will write high-quality reference responses, grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics, provide feedback to improve model behavior, and participate in onboarding and calibration sessions.
Key Responsibilities

- • Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards.
- • Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- • Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior.
- • Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment.
Required
- • Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- • Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- • Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Type: Contract
Compensation: $150–$350/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
