Key Responsibilities
- • Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model reasoning in your domain.
- • Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor rubrics for clinical reasoning.
- • Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and write gold-standard solutions.
- • Evaluate AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy.
- • Collaborate with peers across disciplines to maintain consistency and depth in training data.
Required
- • Based in the US
- • MD or DO from a reputable institution
- • 5+ years of post-training clinical practice in one of the listed frontier specialties (top-tier institution preferred)
