Functional Medicine Physician (MD or DO) Contractor
Everly Health is seeking a board-certified physician with functional medicine training and certification licensed in all 50 states and Washington D.C. The candidate will provide telehealth consultations with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of diseases through a holistic, patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- • Utilize clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive telehealth sessions via phone and/or video, adhering to state telemedicine regulatory guidelines.
- • Perform in-depth evaluations to understand patients' health histories, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions.
- • Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating nutritional therapy, lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, and supplements.
- • Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
Required
- • Board-certified physician with functional medicine training and certification licensed in all 50 states and Washington D.C.
Preferred
- • Active and in good standing in all 50 states and Washington D.C. Will consider candidates with high licensure and open to obtain more licenses.
- • Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.
- • Certification or substantial training in Functional Medicine.
- • Minimum of 1 year in telehealth and 3-5 years in clinical practice, with a focus on integrative and holistic medicine principles.
- • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and adaptable to evolving protocols and workflows.
